We had a number of quotes to build our custom storage whilst Imperial Kitchens were not the cheapest, the service more than made up for the little bit extra. WOW++ Service from Will and the team at Imperial Kitchens – AGAIN. We can’t thank you enough – this is the Gold Standard customer service that any organisation would be proud to say, “We did that!”

Five years down the track after a “challenging” $150K renovation (tip – go straight to Imperial Kitchens before you see a builder) the kitchen sink fell out! Now, this is way past warranty and would stretch the best of the best ‘goodwill’. I was scratching my head about how to fix this not being in the Trades game and of course, it was up to the wife to send the ‘call for help’ email to Imperial Kitchens.

Their response was amazing. Within a week, Will was out to have a look and fixed a few other niggly cupboard doors while he was sizing up the job. A few days later and Imperial Kitchens was back with a pragmatic solution and a few days later Will had sorted it all.

We can’t say enough about this organisation. Top skills, out of the square problem solving and solution implementation. Huge thanks to Liz and, of course, Will.
